Please read Web Browser further down on this page first. If you are having a technical problem, please send an email to info@timarco.co.uk explaining the problem as well as you can.
It makes it easier for us to help if you can provide the following information:
- Web Browser: eg.Internet Explorer 6.0 or Firefox 1.05 - you often find this information in the "help" menu and in "About [web browser's name]"
- Operating System: eg. Windows XP or Mac OS X 10.3.8

Payment System
Below you will find information about how the payment system works.
Payment by Credit or Debit Card
To pay by credit or debit card you need your card number, the expiry date and the CVC code. CVC/CVV/Cvx2 code is the last 3 numbers on the signature strip on the back of your card. The expiry date must be written in the same format as on your card, ie month/year.
